Can I use credits without a subscription?
Yes. Credit packs are a separate pay-as-you-go option. Credits remain available until you use them.

Where can I subscribe or buy credits?
Subscriptions and credit packs are available as in-app purchases in the ChainATM iOS app.
What other costs can apply?
On-ramp providers and blockchain networks can charge their own costs. ChainATM shows the available quote before you confirm a transaction.
How secure are my transactions?
ChainATM never holds your funds. We never see the keys, touch them or store them. Signing happens only on your device, gated by your passkey, after you confirm.
What happens if a transaction fails?
Credits are consumed when a transaction is initiated, as processing costs are incurred at that point. Every transaction requires your explicit on-device approval. If a transaction fails because of an error on our side or our providers', contact us and we will review it and re-credit where appropriate.
Do credits expire?
No, credits never expire. Buy them once and use them at your own pace, whether that's immediately or over several months.
